About NeroView
What is NeroView?
NeroView is the Evidence Engine for AI-powered research. It turns customer moments — interviews, UX sessions, concept reactions — into evidence-backed decisions, where every insight is traceable to a source clip, transcript moment, behavioral signal, and segment pattern.
What kinds of studies can I run?
Four modes on one platform: AI-moderated interviews (voice or text, moderated in real time), agentic UX tests (AI browser agents on your live site), multi-persona focus groups (synthetic panels that pressure-test ideas before you recruit), and concept & video tests with emotion detection.
How do I know a finding is trustworthy?
Every finding links back to its source, so you audit it instead of trusting it. When someone challenges a result, you don't defend the model — you play the tape: the clip, the transcript, the same pattern repeating across a segment. Confidence is shown, not asserted.
How is NeroView different from a survey tool or a dashboard?
A dashboard tells you what happened; NeroView hands you a verdict with the evidence trail behind it. Surveys capture stated answers; NeroView captures what people do and feel, traceable to the moment it happened.
Do you use synthetic respondents or real people?
Both, deliberately — they're good at different jobs and fail in opposite directions, which is exactly why traceability matters. Synthetic focus groups, drawn from 100,000+ calibrated personas, pressure-test ideas cheaply; real panels via Cint, Prolific, Respondent, TheoremReach, or your own list bring human ground truth.
AI research, in general
Can AI actually do qualitative market research?
Yes — AI can moderate interviews, synthesize transcripts, and surface patterns far faster than manual analysis. The catch: AI synthesis is only defensible if every claim stays traceable to a real source. Speed without a source trail is just a confident guess.
Is AI-generated market research trustworthy?
It depends entirely on whether you can audit it. A synthetic score with no clip behind it is an opinion; a finding you can play back and watch repeat across a segment is evidence. Trust the trail, not the model.
What's the difference between synthetic and human research?
Synthetic research is fast and cheap and great for killing weak ideas early; human research is slower but carries real ground truth. They fail in opposite directions, so the discipline is knowing which to use when — and keeping both traceable.
How do you verify AI research findings?
Through five layers of evidence: a source clip, a transcript moment, a behavioral signal, a segment pattern, and a stated confidence level. A recommendation is only as defensible as the layers under it.
What is AI-moderated interviewing?
An AI moderator runs the interview — voice or text — in real time and in 35 languages, adapting its follow-ups to what the participant says; a participant can resume where they left off after a lock or tab close. You get interview depth without scheduling weeks of sessions.
Running a study
How long does a study take?
You can set up and launch your first study in under an hour. Fielding time then depends on the mode and audience — synthetic runs return quickly, and real-panel studies run far faster than traditional recruiting and scheduling, without a fixed turnaround we'd quote blindly.
How many participants are in a study?
It's scoped per study. Synthetic runs support up to 100 personas per run; real-panel studies use a target you set — our sample reports range from n=112 to n=220. We size it to the decision, not a one-size quota.
What do I need to provide to start?
For a standard study, three things: the context, your research objectives, and a language. Demographics and audience targeting are optional. UX and concept tests also need the artifact you're testing — a screen, a creative — plus the tasks or questions.
How is participant data handled?
Study participants aren't identified — no personal information is collected during sessions, participants get a random anonymous ID, and audio and video are automatically deleted within 45 days. Consent is required to record and can be withdrawn anytime. We never train models on your data, never sell it, and never use facial or voice recognition.
Can I export or cite the evidence?
Yes. Findings export as PDF, PPTX, or CSV, and studies can push results to your own systems via signed webhooks. Because every finding ties back to its transcript and quotes, you can cite the exact source behind each one.
How do I get started?
Book a 30-minute call and we'll run the evidence trail on a real study of yours — no slides, no demo theater.
