This Privacy Notice details how Neroview Inc (“us“, “we” or “Company“) processes information of users (each, a “User“) responding to a survey conducted by our business customers (“Customers“) and collected through our systems, which may include the use of a video application if opted into by the User, or of individuals who visit or access our website at https://neroview.com/ (the “Website“; Collectively the “Services“). Please note that the term “you” shall refer to Website’s visitors, and the Company’s Customers and Users, as applicable.

We may revise this notice from time to time, at our sole discretion, and the most current version will always be posted on our Website (as reflected in the “Last Revised” heading). We encourage you to visit this page regularly for any changes. 


What information we collect 


We will collect personal information about you (“Personal Information“) obtained through our Services, which may include the following information: 


  • Personal Identifiers such as your name and email address, organization, phone number, zip code, date of birth, nationality, and ethnicity.   

  • Technical information about your interaction with our Services. Such information includes geolocation data, IP address, unique identifiers (e.g. MAC address and UUID) as well as other information which relates to your activity in the Services.


If you participate in a survey, the Personal Information we will collect about you may also include: 


  • With a certain degree of accuracy, the dominant emotions, level of attention, and involvement while using the Services. 

  • Commercial information such as records of products or services purchased, obtained or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.


We also collect information about your use of the Services, either on an identified basis, in connection with Services to the applicable Customer, or on an anonymized basis, for statistical purposes, to improve the Services. Such information may include actions, links, search keywords, and clicks submitted by you while using the Services. Anonymized Information coupled with Personal Information would be treated as Personal Information.


How we use the information


We use the information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. In addition to the purposes listed herein, the information we collect, which may include your Personal Information, is used for the following purposes: 


  • To provide our Customers with the Services;

  • To provide you with rewards for participation in surveys;

  • For internal research for technological development;

  • To investigate and resolve disputes in connection with the use of the Services;

  • To detect and prevent fraudulent and illegal activity or any other type of activity that may jeopardize or negatively affect the integrity of the Services; and

  • To investigate violations and enforce our policies, as required by law, regulation, or other governmental authority, or to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process or respond to a government request.


Legal Basis for Processing


We will process your Personal Information based on the following legal basis, each of which is prescribed by relevant data protection laws:

  • Performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation: We will process your Personal Information where it is necessary for the performance of a contract (such as for our agreement), or in order for us to comply with our various legal and/or regulatory responsibilities.

  • Legitimate interests: We also process your Personal Information where we deem such processing to be in our (or a third party’s) legitimate interests and provided always that such processing will not prejudice your interests, rights, and freedoms. Examples of our processing in accordance with legitimate interests would include: (i) where we disclose your Personal Information to any one or more of our associate/subsidiary companies following a restructure or for internal administrative purposes; (ii) processing for the purposes of ensuring network and information security, including preventing unauthorized access to our electronic communications network; (iii) sharing Personal Information with our advisers and professional services providers (such as auditors).

  • Consent: Our processing of your Personal Information will primarily be necessary for us to provide you with the Services. However, on certain occasions, we may ask for your consent to process Personal Information. In these instances, your Personal Information will be processed in accordance with such consent, and you will be able to withdraw this consent in writing at any time. 


With whom we share the information and for what purpose


We do not rent or sell any Personal Information. We may share Personal Information with the following recipients: 


  • our third-party vendors engaged in providing services in connection with the Services;

  • our subsidiaries and affiliated companies; 

  • auditors or advisers of our business processes; and 

  • any potential purchasers or investors in the Company.


We may share Personal Information with our recipients for any of the following purposes: (i) storing or processing Personal Information on our behalf (e.g., cloud computing service providers); (ii) assisting us with our business operations; and (iii) performing research, technical diagnostics, personalization, and analytics that will enable us to improve the Services.


We may also disclose Personal Information or any information you submitted via the Services if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (ii) enforce our policies (including our agreements), including investigations of potential violations thereof; (iii) investigate, detect, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities or other wrongdoing, suspected fraud or security issues; (iv) establish or exercise our rights to defend against legal claims; (v) prevent harm to the rights, property or safety of us, our affiliates, our users, yourself or any third-party; (vi) for the purpose of collaborating with law enforcement agencies; and (vii) in case we find it necessary in order to enforce intellectual property or other legal rights.


Third-Party Tracking Technologies


We also use a tool called Google Analytics to collect information about your use of the Services. This third-party service collects information such as how often users access the Services, what pages they visit when they do so, etc. We use the information we get from these tools only to improve our Services. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit sites, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your use of the Services is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.


International transfer


Since we operate globally, it may be necessary to transfer, store and process Personal Information in a country in which we or our affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, or partners maintain facilities. 

EU and UK residents, please note that we may transfer your Personal Information to countries outside the EEA or the UK. In these instances we will take steps, as required by applicable law, to ensure that a similar level of protection is given to Personal Information, including, when applicable, through contractual means.


For how long we retain the information


Unless you instruct us otherwise for justified reasons, we retain the information that we collect from you for as long as we are providing the Services to the applicable Customer. Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we may keep records containing Users’ Personal Information, account opening documents, communications, and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.


We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.


Your privacy rights


Certain jurisdictions provide data subjects with certain statutory rights to their Personal Information. Subject to exemptions provided by law, and with proper identification, you may have the right to certain actions to your Personal Information such as:


  • Right to receive confirmation as to whether or not Personal Information concerning you is being processed, and access your stored Personal Information, together with supplementary information;

  • Right to request rectification of your Personal Information in our control in the event that you believe the Personal Information held by the Company is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;

  • Right to request that we erase Personal Information about you (subject to any other legal obligation that may require us to keep that information);

  • Right to restrict us from processing Personal Information pertaining to you (for example, you may request that we will stop using or sharing your Personal Information with third-parties); and

  • Right to export Personal Information in a portable format.


Please note that these rights are not absolute and may be subject to our own legitimate interests and regulatory requirements.
